The building has been carefully renovated, respecting its original shape and openings, and preserving all the authentic charm of this land. "La Casina Rossa della Fornace" is a genuine 25 sqm retreat in Cutigliano, at the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, about 900 meters above sea level. Its location offers fresh air, peace, and enchanting views in every season. The house is cozy and functional: a double bed on the mezzanine, bathroom with shower, private kitchen with electric stove and microwave, and satellite TV. The real highlight is the private garden, equipped with loungers and a sunbed for relaxing outdoors. Nearby, you will find beautiful hiking trails, ski slopes, and historic villages like Cutigliano, perfect for exploring the Apennines year-round. Included: private parking, bed linen and towels, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome (max 1). Each guest is personally welcomed by the owner, who will be happy to share local tips. Access: the last 200 meters before the property are on a dirt road with stones; we recommend driving slowly.
